摘要
作者从化工企业事故的特征出发，提出预防要从生产工艺、设备管理和职工安全培训等方面着手，在处置对策方面明确公安消防部队是化学救援的主力军，要进一步加强理论研究，向科技要战斗力。
Based on the features of the accident in the chemical enterprise, the authors point out that the prevention of the ac- cident should start with the production technology, production equipment management and the staff training etc. The paper also emphasizes that the fire troops are the main forces for han- dling the chemical rescue. They should be strengthened and be equipped with science.
