煤中灰含量对气化反应活性的影响 被引量:7

摘要 本文分别以H_2O(g)、CO_2为气化剂,在固定床反应器中对沈北、大同、晋城煤进行了各种条件的气化实验。比较了在不同温度、压力及不同灰含量下各种煤焦的气化反应活性。实验结果表明,随气化温度、压力提高,各煤焦的气化反应活性均相应提高。脱灰后的大同、晋城煤焦的反应活性明显增加;沈北煤焦则是:随脱灰程度加深,其气化反应活性先降低而后增加。各煤焦水蒸汽气化反应的气相组成亦随温度的变化而变化。沈北、大同、晋城原煤焦水蒸汽气化反应的表观活化能分别为71.77kJ/mol,104.25kJ/mol,157.00kJ/mol。 The gasification reactivities to steam and carbon dioxied of Shenbei, Datong and Jincheng coal chars with and without demineraliza(?)ion were compared by using a pressurized fixed bed reactor,The experimental results indicate that the gasification reactivities of Shenbei, Datong and Jincheng raw coal chars increase with increasing temperature and pressure. When the Shenbei coal char was deminerralized by using HCl and HF, its ash content decreased from 29.23% to 0.62%. The gasification reactivity of respective Shenbei coal chars decline at first and then tend to increase with increasing degree of demineralization. The gas composition from steam gasification varies widely with temperature and V_(daf).CO content in gas for Shenbei and Datong raw coal chars increases with increasing temperature, but that of CO_2 decreases. The component changes with temperature for steam gasification of Jincheng raw coal char are relatively small. The apparent activation energy of steam gasification for Shenbei, Datong and Jincheng raw coal chars have been calulated as 71.77, 104.25, 157. 00kJ/mol respectively.
