添加无机组分对煤焦加压反应活性的影响

摘要 对脱灰的沈北、大同煤焦添加无机组分(K_2CO_3、N_2CO_3、CaO),以水蒸汽为气化剂,在固定床反应器中进行加压气化实验。结果表明:随无机组分加入量的增加,两种脱灰煤焦的气化活性均相应增加,且产品气体中CO含量增加,CO_2含量降低,当无机组分加入量为5%时,三种无机组分对两种脱灰煤焦的催化活性顺序为K_2CO_3>Na_2CO_3>CaO,而加入量为1%时,对大同脱灰煤焦韵活性顺序为CaO>Na_2CO_3>K_2CO_3;对沈北脱灰煤焦则为Na_2CO_3>K_2CO_3>CaO。同时得到:表观反应速率常数K与K_2CO_3加入量W之间关系为: 大同脱灰煤焦:K=e^(0.0023W)-0.9961 沈北脱灰煤焦:K=e^(0.0009(W-1))-0. A series of pressurized steam gasifications were carried out with the coal-chars of demineralized Datong and Shenbei coals which were loaded with inorganic compounds K2CO3, Na2CO3 and CaO and the reactivities of coal-chars wer'e compared under different kind and amount of additives. It is shown that with the increasing amount of inorganic compound additives, the gasification reactivities increase and CO content increases but CO2 content decreases in the product gas. When the amount of additives is 5%, the order of reactivities for the two demineralized coal-chars is K2CO3> Na2CO3>CaO. When the amount of additives is 1%, the order of reactivities for demineralized Datong Datong coal-char is CaO<Na2CO3>K2CO3, but for demineralized Shen Bei coal char the order is Na2CO3>K2CO3>CaO. By the correlation of the apparent reaction rate constants to the amount of K2CO3 loaded, we obtained following relatioships: for Datong demineralized coal-char K = e^(0.0023W)-0.9961, for Senbei demineralized coal-char K = e^(0.0009(W-1)) - 0.9850
