摘要
回顾中国科学院实行图书情报一体化的发展历程。阐述实行图书情报一体化的具体办法:建立图书情报一体化的组织机构;明确图书情报一体化的方向和任务;实行图书情报一体化的管理机制;建立图书情报一体化的网络;制定图书情报一体化的政策、法规;加强图书情报一体化的教育体系;探索图书情报一体化的理论。分析实行图书情报一体化的好处、经验和存在问题。对未来提出四点展望:(1)加强整体化建设;(2)合理调整文献情报机构布局;(3)认真研究图书情报一体化的理论;(4)改变传统的图书馆意识,增强图书情报一体化的观念。
In this paper, the author reviews the developing practiseof the integration of 1ibrary and information science in AcademiaSinica. The specific means of integration are described: such as esta-blishing the organization and network of the integration; keeping clearabout the direction and task; carrying out the managing system ofintegration; laying down the policy and regulation; strenthening theeducational system and inquiring the theory of integration of libraryand information science; analyzing the advantage, experience and pro-blem of carrying out the integration. Finally the four prospects areproposed.
