摘要
中国共产党十一届三中全会以来,在改革、开放、搞活的大背景下,我国图书馆改革已有10年,面貌发生了可喜的变化。一、历史回顾十年来,我国图书馆改革可分为起步、展开和深化三个阶段。(一)起步阶段(1978.3～1984.10)。
Ten years reform in libraries of China might be divided into three stages:starting(1978-03--1984-10),developing(1984-11-1987-10)deepening(1987-11-1988-12).For ten yearsreform,the libraries in china have been changed in ten aspects:1.the elementary functiontransformed from mainly keeping to mainly teaching and information service;2.the managementsystem from single model to diversified models;3.the management method from reling onexperiences to sciences;4.the personnel system from fixed wage and lifelong system to competitionand optimum constitution;5.the service way from single services of static state to diversifiedservices of dynamic state;6.the service method from handwork to automation;7.the stafftraining from blindness to planning;8.the research of library and information theory and methodology from spontaneousness to objective;9.the interlibraries contact from longitudinal typeto network;10.the foreign relations from closing to opening up.
