随着经济全球化进程的逐步深入,中国加入世界贸易组织后面临的最大问题是如何理解、掌握并合理运用WTO争端解决机制,并制定有效的、符合《WTO协定》的对策,以维护自身利益。
With the development of the economic globalization,the most important problem before post-WTO China is how to make proper countermeasures to protect China′s benefits as well as understand and make use of WTO rules governing the settlement of dispute.
