摘要
建立了给排水与采暖工程和建筑电气工程竣工验收阶段的评价要素,利用模糊评价方法对监理单位某一建设项目施工阶段给排水与采暖工程、建筑电气工程,竣工验收阶段的监理工作进行客观的综合评价,根据所有一级评价结果,进行“监理单位工作质量监控评价系统”的二级综合评价,根据评价结果可对监理单位的工作进行有效监督。
The evaluation factors are firstly established to water supply and drain works, heating works and building electrical under constructing and finishing stages. Then the factors are used to comprehensive evaluations of a practical project by fuzy evaluation method. According to all the first-class evaluation results, the second-class synthesized evaluation for 'the evaluation system for supervising and controlling of supervising units' works' are given, which can be used to inspect availably the working quantity of supervising units.
