摘要
总结了影响城市供水工程设计施工总体质量的9项因素,并分别描述了其影响判据,在专家打分的基础上,确定了各影响因素的指标权,建立了总体质量评价目标函数,最后将这些研究成果应用于实例分析中.
This paper sums up the nine items of affecting the total quality of project design and construction of water supply, and analyses the criteria of its influence respectively. Based on the experts＇ evaluation marks, it makes the index right of all-factors influence, and builds up the target function. And finally the research cases are applied to the course of analysis of the total quality.
