摘要
对玉米矮花叶病毒的病毒粒子形态、结构及其特性,感病叶片的超微结构进行了初步的研究。提纯病毒研究结果表明,MDMV粒子形态为线状,宽度为14 nm,长度不等,完整粒子长度为720~750 nm。病毒悬浮液经紫外扫描获得了典型的核蛋白紫外吸收光谱,最高吸收峰在257.5 nm,最低峰在243.3 nm,O.D_(280)/O. D_(260)约为0.73。在电镜下观察感病叶片的超微结构,可在细胞质内观察到大量的病毒粒子及风轮状、柱状内含体,体现了马铃薯Y病毒组的典型特征。同时,在感病组织内还可看到许多破坏的叶绿体、线粒体等。
In this experiment, the morphology and properties of purified virus, ultrastructure of infected leaves have been studied. Under electron microscope, viral particles are about 14nm diameter and 720-750 nm in length. The UV absorption spectrum of purified virus is a typical line of nucleo-protein, with Amax=257. 5 nm, Amin=243. 3 nm, O. D280/O. D260=0. 73. The pinwheels and cylindrical inclusion bodies and a lot of degraded chloroplasts and mitochondria can be seen.
