摘要
本文简述了近年来我国情报在职培训理论探讨的进展,从继续教育环境、在职培训实践两方面论述了存在问想,指出了近年来理论探讨的若干空白。对我国情报人员在职培训的方法途径做了简要探讨。并就情报在职培训的综合评价指标体系的设计原则和方法以及具体指标体系进行了初步研究。
This paper describes briefly the advance of theoretical approach of on-the-job training of information personnel of Our Country,it discusses the issues existed from two aspects of the environment of continuous education and the practice of on-thejob training,it indicates some gaps of theoretical approach in recent years. Brief discussion is given to the method and channel of on-the-job training of information personnel in this country and primary study is given to the design principle,method and concrete indicator system of the comprehensive evaluation system of on-the-job training of information personnel.
