摘要
作者认为,现阶段情报资源只能实现区域性的、非政治性的、合作的、部分的情报交流和资源共享。同时还论述了在发展中国家实现情报资源共享所面临的5个方面的主要问题,及其社会原因和历史原因,并提出了相应的对策。
This paper suggeste first the possibility, urgency,and limitation to realize the Information Resource Sharing in the world.The author considers that the regional, unpolitical,cooperative and partial information communication and resource sharing can only be realize under the economic pressure in order to realize the information resource sharing in the world at the current stage.Meanwhile,the author discusses systematically five main barriers which the achievement of information resource sharing is faced,indicates the main social reason and economic reason which leads to these barriers and the international measures which can be adopted in order to remove these barriers.
