摘要
首先对不同历史时期广西沿江城市的防洪策略进行了深入研究,指出只要充分发挥工程防洪措施和非工程防洪措施作用,城市完全可以在洪水环境中生存发展.针对新世纪城市用地扩张和城市防洪基础设施滞后的矛盾,文章最后提出了一些普遍性的防洪策略和防洪措施,以供广西沿江城市参考借鉴.
The paper starts with a historical research on flood control tactics using by riverine cities in Guangxi province. It's pointed out that city can survive and develop in flood disaster as long as proper countermeasures can be adapted. Aiming at the main contradiction in new century,the paper puts forward some general tactics and measures for the reference of the riverine cities in Guangxi province.
