摘要 研究表明,硒与结肠癌的发生呈明显的负相关,其机制与硒能提高抗氧化损伤能力,调节DNA甲基化水平,诱导肿瘤细胞凋亡,提高机体免疫功能等因素有关. Many studies have showed that low selenium levels are correlated with increased risk of colon cancer, its mechanism is responding to selenium, improving the function of antioxidation, modifying the level of DNA methylation, inducing the apoptois of tumor cells.
