摘要
提出了 3×105t合成氨厂 CO2吸收塔动态仿真简化数学模型。由于引入转化度的概念和全塔只用了两个计算级,使得微分方程数和计算时间大大缩小。该模型可以完全满足动态仿真对速度和精度的要求,可用于仿真和 CO2吸收塔的离线操作指导。
This paper proposes a simplified dynamic simulation model of the carbon dioxide absorption tower in the 3 x 105t synthetic ammonia plant, With the introducing of transforming degree concept and using two computation stages in whole tower, the number of differential equations in the model and computational time are reduced on a large scale. It has been proved that the model can exactly meet the speed and precision requirements of dynamic simulation. It can be applied to the dynamic simulation and to the off-line guiding operation of the carbon dioxide absorption tower.
