摘要
基于某氮肥企业大型合成氨装置转化工段的工艺流程、设计数据和生产数据,通过构建了相应的动态模型,完成了该工段仿真模型的开发。以一段转化炉装置为例,首先针对具体设备的操作特性以及反应机理确定传质、传热、反应模式,通过质量,热量恒算以及反应动力学建立其动态仿真模型,最后经仿真模型的测试,结果表明转化工段仿真的各项参数稳态指标和生产装置设计数据的相对误差控制在5%以内,具有较高仿真精度,对实际生产装置运行和改造具有重要的指导和研究意义。
Based on the technical process,design data and production data of the reforming section in a large ammonia plant,the dynamic mechanism models were built.Taken the primary reformer furnace dynamic modeling as an example,the mass transfer,heat transfer and reaction model were analysized according to the operation qualities and the reaction mechanism.The material and energetic equation were set up,and the reaction kinetics was given as well.The result of simulation was analysized that the relative errors between simulation results and design data were less than 5%when the model ran to the steady state.The models had a high precision and a great value of application.A method based on Time Slice Model(TSM)is proposed for batch processes heat exchanger network synthesis by taking place.
