摘要
利用高速摄影对杂质泵离心叶轮内固体颗粒的运动规律进行了试验研究。试 验中采用多种方案进行了比较,分析得出:颗粒的密度和粒径越大,颗粒运动会越趋于 叶片工作面。试验数据的统计结果为叶轮叶片设计参数的选择提供了基础。
High speed photography was employed to observe and analyze particle motion for 3 types of impellers of a model slurry pump. In order to obtain definite conclusions, several schemes for this experiment were worked out and comparision between their results was carried out. It is found from the experimental results that the trajectories of particles tend to move close to the pressure side of blade as the density and diameters of particles increase. The statistical analysis of experimental data s useful for selecting design paramenters of impeller blades.
