摘要
利用高速摄影技术对离心泵叶轮中固体颗粒运动轨迹及其规律进行了试验研究。试验结果表明:质量大的颗粒,在离心泵叶轮中,其轨迹总是趋向叶片压力面。对于转速高的工况,颗粒也向偏于压力面方向运动。
Experimental study on moving trajectories of solid particles and their motion pattern in centrifugal pump impellers has been carried out by using high speed photograph technique. Experimental results show that the trajectory of particles with large mass will be close to the pressure surface of blade in the centrifugal impeller. Under the high speed condition particles also will tend to the pressure surface.
