摘要
尖晶石化合物主要是以化学式AB2O4表示的化合物(A和B分别代表二价和三价的金属阳离子).随A,B离子的改变,化合物的电和磁性也随之改变.
A rare earth complex oxide SnY2O4 was synthesized by the thermal decomposition of its oxalate precursor that was prepared by rheological phase reaction method. TG, IR, XRD and XPS were used to prove the formation of the phase SnY2O4. The structure of the phase was refined as a spinel-related type.
