摘要
微格教学是现代培养专业教师基本教学技能的一种先进方法 .针对现行微格教学中存在的限制微格教学优势发挥的现象 ,初步分析了问题形成以及影响微格教学效果发挥的主要原因 .在此基础上从 5个角度论述了提高微格教学效果的具体建议 .
Microteaching is a modern advanced method for training basic teaching technological ability of professional teachers.Based on the phenomena of affecting the advantages of microteaching in recent microteaching process, this paper analysed elementarily the main causes of these existing problems. On the basis of above discussion,some concrete suggestions on improving effect of normal microteaching from five aspects were put forward.
