摘要
针对当前企业普遍存在着管理信息系统 (MIS)的开发难以达到预期效果的实际 ,指出其原因不是简单的技术问题 ,而是系统开发的方法 ;分析了MIS开发中普遍存在的一个基本问题 ,即在MIS建设中系统的最终目标和内容常常难以确定 ,从而提出应采用原型法来开发管理信息系统 ,并用平稳安排、整体控制、用户参与等方法来组织与控制开发过程 ,同时还要做好系统管理人员的选拔、培养和系统中有关标准、规范的制定等系统开发的基础性工作 .
At present the development of management information system (MIS) in enterprises usually can not reach the expected effect, and the reasons don′t lie in technology but in the developing method. This article analysed the common problems: uncertain aim and content, then discussed how to develop a management information system by the antitype method and dealt with some basic works such as training system users, working out some standards,etc.
