摘要
结合参与多个PMIS系统设计和开发的实践，在对建设项目管理信息系统的特点分析的基础上，提出了系统开发策略应采用复合的开发策略,以进化原型法作为系统开发的过程模型，以面向数据开发方法为主，结合面向对象的开发方法进行开发。
Based on the experience of development and application of many project management information systems(PMIS),the paper discusses and analyses characteristics of PMIS, puts forward that the development strategy should adopt the evolutional prototype model, combining with ethodological model which is object-oriented database model(OODBM).
