大庆油田三元复合驱水岩反应实验研究 被引量:13

An Experimental Study on Rock/Water Reactions for Alkaline/Surfactant/Polymer Flooding Solution Used at Daqing

摘要 为了探寻大庆三元复合驱油田结垢的原因 ,实验测定了储层所含各种矿物和储层岩心与 6 .0 g/L表面活性剂(S)ORS 4 1溶液、1.5 g/L聚合物 (P)HPAM溶液、12、5 0、10 0g/L碱 (NaOH ,A)溶液及ASP三元复合驱油溶液 (A、S、P浓度分别为 12、6 .0、1.5mg/L)在 4 5℃、0 .1MPa压力下密闭振荡反应 16 8h后 ,各溶液中K、Al、Fe、Si、Ca、Mg、Na离子浓度的变化。实验结果详列表中。粘土矿物伊利石、高岭石、绿泥石、蒙脱石 ,骨架矿物石英、钾长石、钠长石及储层岩样基本上不与S、P溶液发生作用 ,与A溶液作用较强烈 ,溶出的矿物离子量随A溶液浓度增大而增大。ASP溶液与岩样作用后溶出大量Si、Al离子 ,其中Si离子量较空白溶液中的量 (3.0mg/L)增大 4 0~ 70倍 ;在压力不变、温度由 4 5℃升至 80℃时 ,ASP溶液溶出的Si、Al离子量分别由 172 .2和 6 .0mg/L增至 82 6 .5和 2 7.9mg/L ,但不受压力增大的影响 ,随温度升高Ca离子溶出量增大 ,Mg离子溶出量不变 ;在 4 5℃下压力由 0 .1MPa升至 1.4MPa时 ,溶出的Ca、Mg离子量分别由 0 .4和 0 .6mg/L增至 11.9和 7.9mg/L。表 2。 To seek the origin of scaling in the ASP flooded area in Daqing, the changes of the concentrations of ions K, Al, Fe, Si, Ca, Mg, and Na in 6.0 g/L surfactant (S) ORS 41 solution, 1.5 g/L polymer (P) HPAM solution, 12, 50 and 100 g/L alkaline (A) NaOH solutions and a ASP combinational flooding solution (with concentrations of A, S and P being of 12, 6.0 and 1.5 g/L, respectively) after reaction of these solutions with single standard minerals of the reservoir and a reservoir core in hermitic vessel under oscilation at 45℃ and 0.1 MPa in 168 hrs. The data obtained is presented in a table. The clay minerals illite, kaolinite, chlorite and montmorillonite, the carcase minerals quartz, potassic and soda feldspar and the core practically do not react with S and P sotulions, fairly strongly react with A solutions meanwhile the amount of ions dissolved out increases with increasing A concentration. The reaction of the core with ASP solution results in dissolve out of large amount of Si and Al ions and the amount of Si increases by 40-70 times as compared with that in blank ASP solution (3.0 mg/L). When temperature is raised from 45℃ to 80℃ at pressure 0.1 MPa, the amount of dissolved out Si and Al ions by ASP solution increases from 172.2 and 6.0 mg/L to 826.5 and 27.9 mg/L, respectively, but is not influenced by pressure raise; the higher the temperature the larger the amount of dissolved out Ca ion is but that of Mg ion is not influenced by change in temperature. When pressure is raised from 0.1 to 1.4 MPa at 45℃, the amount of dissolved out Ca and Mg ions increases from 0.4 and 0.6 mg/L to 11.9 and 7.9 mg/L, respectively.
