摘要
目的 :探讨脑出血及脑梗塞所致精神障碍的临床及相关问题 ,并对其加深认识。方法 :收集近 5年来10 5例经CT证实的脑出血及脑便塞患者的临床资料进行分析。结果 :59%的患者出现精神障碍 ,精神障碍发生率依次为意识障碍、智能损害综合征。神经症样综合征、人格改变、精神病性症状、遗忘综合征。老年组意识障碍和智能损害综合征发生率高 ,非老年组神经症样综合征发生率高。精神病性症状以皮层病变比例为高 ,其它精神障碍以皮层下病变比例为高。各类精神障碍常可同时出现。结论 :脑出血和脑梗塞所致精神障碍的发生率之高 。
Objective: Exploring cli nical symptoms and affecing factor of mental disorder caused by cereb ral haemorrhage and cerebral infar ction.Method:We have collecte d and analysed clinical data from 105 pa tients to investigate mental disor der caused by cerebral haemorrhage and cerebral infarction,the occurr ence of which has been proved by C T. Results:It shows that 59% of the patients have mental disorder.The symptoms occur in the following or der:①the patient has difficulty in remaining consciousness and will slip in and out of consciousness.② reduced intelligence③neurosis synd rome④character change⑤psychogenic symptoms⑥symptoms of amnesia.Probl ems with consciousness and reduced intellingence occur in high levels in old age groups,while neurosis s yndrome occurs in higher levels at a younger age.Psychogenic symptoms are mainly in the form of cortex l esion,and other mental disorders m ainly occur below the cortex lesio n.All types of mental disorder can occur simultaneously.Conclusion: Clinical doctors should pay particul ar attention to the high occurrenc e of mental disorder caused by cer ebral haemorrhage and cerebral inf arction.
