摘要
采用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法对12尾青海湖裸鲤的心脏、肝脏、肾脏、鳃、肠、鳔、肌肉、眼球、卵巢、精巢和血清等11种组织器官的乳酸脱氢酶同工酶酶谱进行了分析。结果发现:①总共有15条同工酶区带;②各组织器官的同工酶酶谱有较大的差异;③心脏以 L_1区的2—5带为主带,肝脏有特异的 L_4区;肠、鳔和肌肉都有 L_3区12带;④被检青海湖裸鲤的肝脏、肾脏、肠、鳔和血清的 LDH 同工酶酶谱有个体差异。
The isozyme-spectrums of lactate dehydrogenase were analysed by means of polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis in eleven tissues and organs including heart,liver,kidney,gill,intestine,swin bladder,muscle,eyeball,ovarinm,spermary and serum of 12 Gymnocypris przewalskii przewalskii in Qinghai lake.The results were as follows:(1)There were 15 bands in total on the isozyme- spectrums,(2)There was a considerable difference between the isozyme-spectrums in various tissues and organs,(3)The major bands on the isozyma-spectrum in the heart were ones of from second to fifth band in the L,region.There were the specific bands in the L_4 region in the liver, and twentieth band in the L_3 region in the intestine,the swin bladder and the muscle,(4)There were the differences among the individuals on the isozyme-spectrums in the liver,the kidney,the intestine,the gill and theserum in examined Gymnocypris przewalskii przewalskii in Oinghai lake.
