摘要
研究了衡阳市的土地利用现状和土地利用结构变化的总体特征,预测了2005和2010年衡阳市土地利用结构的变化趋势,以及由此而对该区域土地可持续利用的影响。在未来的10年内,随着社会经济的进步,农村小城镇化的发展,衡阳市耕地资源仍将继续减少,非农建设用地对耕地保护冲击强烈,人为水土流失将进一步增强。据此,提出了衡阳市土地资源可持续利用的政策建议。
Some features of land use and its change in structure in Hengyang city are studied. Based on grey systemic model founded, the tendencies in 2005 and in 2010 of land use structure change in Hengyang city are predicted, and its impacts on sustainable land use of the city are analyzed. The result shows that in the coming 10 years there will be still many questions in the sustainable land use process of Hengyang with social and economic progress and development of urbanization. Firstly, more and more obvious contrast between population expansion and cultivated land shrinkage has been found. Secondly, the efficiency of land use in cities and towns is still quite low and the protection of cultivated land is facing with the increasingly strong conflict from nonagricultural construction such as urbanization and infrastructure construction. Thirdly, soil erosion caused by mankind activities will continue to increase. In order to realize sustainable land use of Hengyang City, some measures are suggested.
