摘要
目的 探讨不同雌激素水平与年龄对氟中毒病情的影响。方法 以雌性 Wistar大鼠为实验对象 ,将动物分为幼年与成年 2个大组 ,每个大组又设经水染毒、经饲料染毒、对照 3个组。实验结束时 ,按股动脉放血法处死动物 ,取血、尿、骨、牙等生物样品测雌二醇 (E2 )、促卵泡素 (FSH)等指标。结果 1幼年组骨氟、牙氟含量均高于成年组 ,氟斑牙亦重于成年组 ;2幼年组与成年组染毒 5 0 d后 ,饮水组和饲料组 E2 与对照组比较 ,P >0 .0 5 ;各染毒组 FSH与对照组比较 ,P >0 .0 5。结论 1幼年期大鼠接触过量氟后 ,与成年后再接触氟的大鼠相比 ,病情较重 ;2氟可能在性腺水平影响雌激素的分泌 。
Objective To explore how the factors estradiol and age impact fluorosis.Methods Female Wistar rats were taken as the esperimental objects.The animals were divided into the young group and the adult group. Each group were divided into taking poison by water group, taking poison by feed group and control group.All rats were executed by arteril femoralis phlebotomy.Some biological samples blood,urine,bone and teeth were used to determine the targets of estradiol(E 2),follicle stimulating hormone(FSH),fluoride concentration.Results ①The fluoride concentration in bone and teeth of the young groups were higher than those of the adult groups, and dental fluorosis of the young groups were more serious than those of the adult groups.②Compared E 2 of the drinking water groups and eating feed groups with that of the control group after the rats taking poisoning for 50 days,the value of P were more than 0.05. The results of FSH were more than 0.05 too.Conclusions ①Compared with the rats which exposed to fluoride when they were adult, the fluorosis state of the rats which exposed to fluoride when they were young were more serious.②Fluorine could influence the estradiol secretion at the level of gonad.
