摘要
目的 探讨性激素在支气管哮喘患儿中的水平和作用。方法 用放射免疫法测定 15例正常儿童、15例中度哮喘发作期患儿和 14例长期吸入糖皮质激素治疗哮喘患儿血清促卵泡素 (FSH)和雌二醇 (E2 )水平。结果 FSH在各组中无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;E2 在哮喘发作组升高 ,而在长期吸入糖皮质激素治疗组则降低。结论 儿童哮喘及其药物治疗对下丘脑 -垂体 -性腺轴影响较小 ,但存在雌激素的改变 ,这种改变可能对气道炎症有一定的调节作用。
Objective\ The level and action of sex hormone in the children with asthma were investigated.Method\ Serum FSH and E 2 in 15 normal children,15 children with moderate asthma and 14 children with asthma using steroid hormone for long period were examined by radioimmunossay.Results\ There is no difference in FSH among the groups(P>0 05);E 2 increased in children with asthma,decreased in children with asthma using steriod hormone for long period.Conclussion\ Children's asthma and its hormone therapy have little influence on hypothalamus-pituitary-sex gland axis,except estrogen changed somehow.The change may have a regulating effect on tracheal inflammation.
