苹果发酵物对奶牛产奶性能和疾病的影响 被引量:10

摘要 将有益微生物接种到以苹果渣为主的培养基中进行有氧和无氧培养,制成颗粒状苹果培养物。对高产奶牛进行饲喂试验表明,用苹果发酵物代替等量的甜菜或苹果发酵物和甜菜粕同时使用,奶牛分别增产鲜奶1.89和1.90千克/头·日,同时乳脂、乳蛋白质、乳固体物都有上升趋势,奶牛发病率明显下降。苹果发酵物是一种新型反刍动物饲料。 A study was conduced to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation of apple's fermentation on milk production and incident of disease in lactating dairy cattle.A total of 75 lactating dairy cattle were allocated into three groups,control group basic ration with 4kg beet residue pellet,group 1 basic ration with 4kg apple's fermentation, group 2 basie fermentation,beet residue peliet and 3kg apple's fermentation for 92 days.During the experimental period,in contrast to control group,the dairy cows fed apple's fermen fement atiorespectively more 1.89 and 1.91kg/head day milk in group 1 and group 2. Meanwhile milk fat,milk protein,milk sugar and total solid percentage were improved by supplementation of apple's fermentation in basie ration.The num-bers of cell were decreased and incidents of disease were reduced from 131 times to 26times and 9times.This study indicated that apple's fermentation is a new feed for ruminant cows.
