前列腺增生组织中碱性成纤维细胞生长因子表达的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的 :探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子 (b FGF)在前列腺增生组织中的表达、分布及其临床意义。方法 :利用免疫组织化学方法检测 5例正常前列腺组织 (NP)、4 0例良性前列腺增生症 (BPH)组织中b FGF的分布和表达。结果 :BPH组织中b FGF的阳性率为 84 .8% ,主要分布于间质细胞 ,少数腺上皮细胞胞浆也可见染色 ,而正常前列腺组织中b FGF表达均为阴性 ,二者之间阳性率差异有显著意义 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :表明b Objective: To investigate the expression and distribution of basic fibroblast growth factor(b-FGF) in tisues of prostatic hyperplasia and its significance. Method: Immunohistochemical method(SP)was used to study the distribution and expression of b-FGF in tissues of 5 normal prostate and 40 benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH). Results: Expression of b-FGF was found in 84.8% BPH.And these distribute mainly in mesenchymal cell.Staining was seen in small number of epithelioglandular cytoplasm.But Expression of b-FGF in normal prostate wasnt found. There was significance in positive rate between BPH and normal prostate. Conclusion: It indicated that b-FGF takes part in the pathologic process of BPH.
