摘要
医院重组过程中要解决好医疗服务功能的整合。青岛市市立医院在医疗服务功能整合中,采取了以下几方面的措施:(1)加强对医务人员的培训和引进;(2)加强对重点学科、特色专科的建设;(3)保持重组前各医院的特色,拓展医院的医疗服务功能;(4)实行优势互补,共享资源。在医院重组中应注重对内生性卫生资源的开发利用以提高医院的综合竞争力;扩大医院的市场份额以增加病人来源;注重对医院文化的整合。这样才能提高重组后医院集团的竞争力,达到医院重组的目的。
In the course of hospital restructuring, it is imperative to integrate medical functions. The methods we have adopted include: (1) the train of doctors have been strengthened and more advanced medical personnel has been introduced into my hopital; (2) the instruction of the key and characteristic subjects has been enhanced; (3) the characteristic of each hospital before restructuring has been kept; (4)the predominance of each hospital has been mutual complemented and the health resources have been shared together. The author suggested that in the course of hospital restructuring, the exploitation and utilization of endogenous health resources should be strengthened, the share in the medical market should be increased, the culture integration should be paid attention to. So the overall competitiveness of restructured hospital can be enhanced.
