摘要
目的 :研究溶粉剂药注射器使用次数与细菌污染的相关性 ,为临床应用提供可靠的实验依据。方法 :以粉剂药的替代品硫代硫酸钠为材料 ,研究注射器多次抽吸后以及抽吸后放置不同时间的细菌污染状况。结果 :注射器抽吸 90次以上 ,或者存放 2h以上 ,均出现了细菌污染的情况。结论
Objective: To study the correlation between the using of syringe and the bacteria contamination, and supply the credible data for clinic. Method: sodium sulfate was used as succedaneum of pulvis to research the bacterial contamination after suction and standing .Result: when the syringe was used above 90 times or standing 2 hr, the probability of contamination will increase. Conclusion: the suction frequency and standing time of syringe probably have the relation with the bacterial contamination.
