摘要
目的:报告溴敌隆在海岛大面积灭鼠效果;方法:在现场采取回盒式投药法;结果:试验区共捡死鼠131只,其中褐家鼠59只(45.04％),黄胸鼠6只(4.6％),小家鼠24只(18.32％),自鼩鼱42只(32.06％)。灭鼠前密度为:直观法37.86％,粉迹法43.78％;灭鼠后密度为:直观法1.36％,粉迹法2.66％,分别下降96.04％和93.92％;结论:0.005％溴敌隆毒米大面积灭鼠效果好,使用方便,价格低廉,值得在部队中推广应用。
Objective:Observe the effect of bromadiolone against rodent in large area of island. Methods: Repeat putting bromadiolone in fields; Results: 131 rodents were found in experimental area, including 59 Rattus norvegicus(45.04% ) ,6 Rat-tus flavipetus (4.6 % ), 24 Mus Musculus( 18.32% ) ,42 Suncus murinus (32.06% ). Before experiment, the density of rodent was 37.86% through direct observation, and 43.78% through powder tracing method. After experiment, [he density was 1.36% and 2.66% .reduced by 96.04% and 93.92% respectively. Conclusion:0.005% bromadiolone toxic nce has good effect against rodent in large area with low price.
