摘要
目的:报告溴敌隆在特殊环境大面积灭鼠效果;方法:在现场采取回合式投药法;结果:试验区共捡死鼠91只,其中褐家鼠64只(70.3％),黄胸鼠6只(6.6％),小家鼠18只(22.1％)。灭鼠前鼠密度为:直观法48.1％,查掘开洞数法为89.9％;灭鼠后密度为:直观法和查掘开洞数法均为0;结论:0.005％溴敌隆毒米大面积灭鼠效果好,使用方便、安全,值得在特殊环境中推广应用。
Objective: To report the efficacy of Bromadiolone for rodent control in large area of prison. Methods: Apply Bromadiolone in field. Results; In test area, 91 rodents were picked up, among which 64 were Rattus norregicus , 6 were Rat-tus flavipectus and 18 were Mus musculus. Before rodent control, the rodent density was 48.1 % bysighting and 89.9% after thorough check. After rodent control, in both ways the results were 0. Conclusion: 0.005% Bromadiolone has good efficacy for rodent control in large area. It is easy and safe to apply in special environment.
