摘要
目的 :了解降糖药的应用现状和预测其应用趋势。方法 :对我院1997年～2001年降糖药品种、金额进行归类统计。结果与结论 :糖尿病的发病率在上升 ,而我院降糖药应用金额却在下降 ,可能系患者购药途径发生改变 ;销售金额排序前3名为阿卡波糖、格列齐特、格列喹酮 ,用量及DDDs排序前3名为格列齐特、格列苯脲、格列喹酮。胰岛素新剂型具有广阔的开发前景。
OBJECTIVE:To find out the current situation and developing trend of use of hypoglycemic agents.METHODS:To make a statistic analysis of the kinds and sum of money of hypoglycemic agents used in our hospital during the1997～2001period.RESULTS&CONCLUSION:The number of diabetic patients was increasing,but the sales volume of hypoglycemic agents decreased year by year in our hospital.Perhaps,it was due to the fact that the patients adopted other buying channals of drugs.The order of sales volume was as follows:acarbose gliclazide,gliquidone.Gliclazide,glibenclamide and gliquidone occupied first three places in consumptive quantity and DDDs.There are wide prospects to develop new form of insulin.
