摘要
目的了解南京地区免疫抑制剂的应用情况及发展趋势。方法对南京地区2009年至2011年免疫抑制剂主要品种销售金额、用量、用药频度和增长率进行归类统计,并结合文献对其应用前景进行分析。结果南京地区免疫抑制剂的销售金额逐年上升,品种、规格有所改变,用药频度中甲氨蝶呤、来氟米特和霉酚酸酯占主导地位。结论南京地区免疫抑制剂用药结构基本合理,消耗品种较稳定,能够保障患者需要。
Objective To understand the utilization and the development tendency of immunosuppressive agents in Nanjing area. Methods The sales consumption amount, DDDs and growth rate of the main varieties of immunosuppressive agents which used in Nanjing area between 2009 and 2011. were classified sfatistie,the application prospect was analyzed by combining with the doeunents. Results The sales amount of immunosuppressive agents in Nanjing area is increasing trend year by year. The variety and specification of drugs had been changed. MTX, LEF and MMF were predominant in DDDs. Conclusion The medication structure of immunosuppressive agents in Nanjing area is basically rational. The consumption varieties are stable and the patients＇ demand can be guaranteed.
