摘要
提出用带表面裂纹的试样来显示滚压试样表面强化层的疲劳裂纹扩展,并对黄铜及纯铜表面裂纹扩展行为进行了研究.结果表明:无残余应力作用时变形组织也可提高疲劳裂纹扩展抗力;相同应力强度因子幅度ΔK下,黄铜的裂纹扩展速率低于纯铜,即黄铜强化效果优于纯铜.断口分析表明其疲劳裂纹扩展是一种再生核扩展机制.
It is proposed that the fatigue crack propagation within the surface strengthening layer on a hardrolled specimen should be demonstrated by using raw specimen with surface cracks on it and, then the propagation behavior of surface cracks on the brass and pure copper materials is investigated. The investigation result shows that the modified structure is of avail for improvement of resistance to fatigue crack propagation when there is no action of residual stress, and the crack propagation rate of brass is less than that of pure copper when the amplitude of stress strength factor ΔK is identical for them both, ie the strengthening effect of brass is superior to that of pure copper. The fracture analysis shows that its fatigue crack propagation is due to a sort of propagation of regenerated nuclei.
