摘要
目的通过修正的Garden分类方法来选择、指导临床治疗,以提高治愈率。方法对1995年至1998瑞金医院伤科100例老年股骨颈囊内骨折病例,进行回顾性研究。结果本组病例采用修正的Garden分类方法,因选择不同类型且切合实际的治疗,使治愈率达85%以上;后期随访无菌坏死率在15%以下,患者大部分获得受伤前基本生活水平。结论首先依据修正的Garden分类方法,选择不同的治疗方法,同时考虑患者的全身情况、年龄、社会和家庭生活综合要素等,是选择治疗老年股骨颈囊内骨折的有效方法。
Objective By revised Garden classification to select and direct clinical treatmen t for improving cure rate.Methods Retrospective study was conducted f or 100cases of elderlys with neck of f emur intracapsular fracture in Trau ma-tology Department of Ruijin Hospita l from 1995to 1998.Results Revised Garden classify methods were used,because of different types and suitable treatm ent were selected,cure rate was more than 85%,rate of septic necroses was less than 15%in later follow up,most of the patients were lived with basic standard just l ike before suffered from the wound.Conclusions Based on revised Garden classified methods to choose different kinds of t reatment and to consider patient ' s individual condi-tion,age,comprehensive factors of social and family life etc will be the effective method to choose treatmen t for elderlys with intracapsular fracture in neck of fe mur.
