摘要
采用中西医结合、内外合治的六联疗法对 3 6例患者进行综合治疗。结果本疗法治愈 6例 ,治愈率 16.7% ,显效19例 ,有效 10例 ,无效 1例 ,总有效率达 97.2 %。初步证实中西结合 ,内外合治的六联综合疗法 ,可望提高股骨头缺血性坏的死的治愈率 ,缩短疗程。尤其是难治的Ⅲ、Ⅳ期患者 ,亦体现出相同疗效。
Treatment of six combination therapy of internal and external therapies of Traditional Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine were conducted on 36 cases of ischemic necrosis of femoral head.The results is that 6 cases were cured with this treatment.The cured rate was 16.6%.Nineteen cases were significant effective,ten cases were effective,1 case was ineffective.The total effective rate was 97.2%.It primarily proved that the combination of internal and external therapies of Traditionl Chinese Medicine with Western Medicine could raise the cure rate of ischemic necrosis of femorl head,especially the difficult-curedⅢ,and Ⅳ patients,they showed the same curative effect.
