循环IGFs系统中酸不稳定性亚单位的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 胰岛素样生长因子(IGFs)参与体内几乎每个器官的生长和功能,在生长发育过程中起重要作用,其中酸不稳定性亚单位(ALS)在IGFs对靶组织的作用中起着重要作用。本文简要综述ALS基因和蛋白结构、生化生理特点、基因的转录调节、生理病理状态下的改变及其在内分泌疾病中的临床价值的研究进展。
