摘要
目的 :观察电针为主对持续性植物状态的促醒作用。方法 :采用针刺头穴和体穴加高压氧舱疗法治疗持续性植物状态患者 2 6例。结果 :成功促醒 1 8例 ,好转 7例 ,有效 1例。结论 :针灸为主的综合疗法可提高脑干网状觉醒系统的兴奋性 ,解除大脑皮层的抑制状态 ,促进持续性植物状态患者的意识恢复 。
Objective To observe the effect of electroacupuncture on persistent vegetative state. Methods 26 cases of persistent vegetative state were treated by comprehensive rehabilitation therapy with acupuncture and moxibustion used as m ain. Results 18 cases restored successfully consciousness, 7 cases i mproved and 1 cases was effective. Conclusion The comprehensive rehabilitation therapy with acupun cture and moxibustion used as main can increase excitability of the reticular wa king system of brain stem, remove the inhibitory state of cerebral cortex, promo te restoration of consciousness and has obvious therapeutic effect in the patien t of persistent vegetative state.
