摘要
目的 探讨高龄患者呼吸道感染临床特征,提高治愈率。方法 回顾性分析了38例80岁以上高龄患者呼吸道感染的临床表现、常规及实验室指标。结果 ①高龄呼吸道感染临床表现以精神萎糜,乏力倦怠、食欲差、病情变化较快为特征。②血气分析低氧血症和二氧化碳潴留出现的时间早于X片的表现。③提出预防呼吸道感染的办法和措施。结论 呼吸道感染是造成高龄患者单器官或多器官衰竭的诱因,掌握其发病特征可提高治愈率。
Objective To explore clinical charateristics of paients with respiratory infection in age≥80 years. Methods The clini-cal characteristics and laboratory examination of respiratory infection in 38 patients age≥80 years were analysed restrospectively. Results ①The listlessness、fatigue、anorexa and rapid condition change were clinical characteristics of patients age≥80 years. ②hypoxemia and hyper-capnia emerged before present of teleroentgenogram of chest. ③made an approach for prevent from respiratory infection. Conclusions Respira-tory infection can lead to one organ or multiple organ failure. The Cure rate can be elevated with knowing its clinical characteristics.
