摘要
目的分析自拟神农清肺饮联合奈替米星治疗脑卒中并发肺部感染的临床疗效。方法将87例脑卒中并发肺部感染的患者随机分为2组,A组42例,单纯采用奈替米星治疗;B组45例,采用神农清肺饮联合奈替米星治疗。观察两组的治疗效果。结果 B组治疗总有效率为93.33%,高于A组的78.57%(P<0.05);B组抗感染治疗时间为(18.9±4.3)d,短于A组的(23.4±3.8)d,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对脑卒中并发肺部感染患者在采用奈替米星抗菌治疗的同时,给予神农清肺饮可清热燥湿,提高治愈率,缩短抗感染治疗时间。
Objective To analyze the effect of Shennong Qingfeiyin（self-proposed） combined with netilmicin on stroke complicated with pulmonary infection. Methods 87 cases of stroke complicated with pulmonary infection were randomly divided into two groups, 42 cases in group A were treated with netilmicin, while 45 cases in group B were treated with Shannong Qingfeiyin combined with netilmicin, and the therapeutic effect was observed. Results The total effective rate of group B（93.33% ） was higher than that of group A（78.57% ） （P 〈0.05）. Anti-inflammato- ry treatment time of group B[ （ 18.9 ± 4. 3 ） d] was shorter than that of group A[ （ 23.4 ± 3.8 ） d] （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclu- sion Shcnnong Qingfeiyin combined with netilmicin treatment for stroke complicated with pulmonary infection can heat dampness, improve the curative rate and shorten the time of anti-inflammatory treatment.
