摘要
目的 研究大葱对肿瘤S180是否有生长抑制作用。方法 采用体重 11～ 15 g的昆明种雌性小鼠 6 0只 ,随机分为A组 (对照组 ) ,B组 (饲料含 5 %大葱组 ) ,C组 (饲料含 10 %大葱组 ) ,D组 (饲料含2 0 %大葱组 ) ,E组 (饲料含 4 0 %大葱组 )五组 ,每组 12只 ,分别给予相应大葱含量的饲料。7天后于小鼠左侧腋下注射肉瘤S180 ,继续饲养相同饲料 ,于第 14天活杀 ,取出肿瘤称重 ,对比观察进食大葱对小鼠移植性肿瘤生长的影响。结果 进食含大葱 5 %、10 %饲料的小鼠肿瘤生长受到抑制 ,进食含大葱2 0 %饲料的小鼠的肿瘤生长抑制率达到 37%以上 ,但饲料中大葱含量达到 4 0 %时 ,对肿瘤的生长抑制作用降低。结论 食物中含适量的大葱可以对小鼠移植性肿瘤S180产生生长抑制作用。
Objective To investigate whether the allium could inhibited the growth of carcinoma or not. Methods Five groups of mice were injected the S180 and fed by foods containing allium of different doses. After two weeks, the mice were killed and the tumor weights of each mouse were measured. Results A statistically significant inhibition of growth of S180 by allium could be found. The rate of inhibition was 37% when the dose of allium was 20%. The effect of inhibition increased after the mice exposed to allium which dose varied from 5% to 20%. However the dose of allium was 40% when we found a decrease of inhibition. Conclusion The allium of certain doses has the activity of anticarcinoma.
