摘要
目的 探讨小切口非超声乳化人工晶状体植入术的临床效果。方法 术眼右上象限切口进前房后，连续环形撕囊待水分离核后，用晶状体圈匙摘出晶状体核，囊袋内植入人工晶状体。结果 183例患者217眼，术后3d视力≥0．5者156眼(71．9％)，术后1月视力≥0．5者182眼(83．9％)。结论 小切口非超声乳化术操作简便，不需昂贵设备，手术效果满意。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of artificial lens implantation with small-incision non-ultraemulsi-fication.
