摘要
目的探讨白内障复明手术中应用临床路径护理的效果。方法从2011年1～12月于本院行白内障复明手术的患者中随机选择200例,其中1～6月80例患者行普通整体护理(传统组),7～12月120例患者按临床路径给予护理(路径组),比较两组护理效果,包括疾病知识知晓、患者满意度、遵医行为、住院时间、住院费用等。结果路径组患者疾病知识知晓率、患者满意度明显高于传统组,住院时间、住院费用明显低于传统组,遵医嘱行为明显优于对照组,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论白内障复明手术采用临床护理路径,效果明显,患者满意度高,遵医嘱行为良好,值得推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of clinical pathway of care applied in cataract operations.Methods Two hundred cases of patients with cataract treated in our hospital from January to December 2011 were selected,80 cases of patients from January to June were given common overall care（traditional group）,120 patients from July to December were given the clinical path care（pathway group）,care effects of two groups were compared,including disease knowledge,pa tient satisfaction,compliance behavior,hospitalization time,hospitalization costs.Results The disease knowledge awareness,patient satisfaction of path group was significantly higher than that of the traditional group,length of stay,hospital costs were significantly lower than that of the traditional group,the prescribed behavior was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion The effect of clinical pathway care applied in the cataract operations is obvious,patients＇ satisfaction is high,compliance behavior is good,it is worthy of promoting.
