摘要
目的 探讨外伤性白内障的手术时机及处理方法。方法 对 87例 (87眼 )外伤性白内障行小切口非超声乳化人工晶状体植入术。结果 术后 1周矫正视力≥ 0 5者 5 9眼 (67 8% )。术后近期并发症中瞳孔区纤维渗出膜形成 13眼(14 9% ) ,虹膜后粘连 11眼 (12 6% ) ,人工晶状体偏位 6眼 (6 9% )。结论 正确选择外伤性白内障的手术时机和术式 ,及时处理术中术后并发症 。
Objective To explore timing and management of traumatic cataract.Methods The surgery was performed through a small incision (5 5～6 0 mm) by nonphacoemulsification and IOL implantation on 87 patients (87 eyes) of traumatic cataract.Results One week after operation,corrected visual acuity was ≥0 5 in 59 eyes (67 8%).Postoperative complications included formation of fiberours membrane in the pupil area in 13 eyes (14 9%),posterior synechia in 11 eyes (12 6%) and luxation of IOL in 6 eyes (6 9%).Conclusion Correct choosing the operative timing and methods,manage the surgical complications in time are the keys of increasing visual acuity.
