摘要
作者於1年间对5例不同伤情的外伤性白内障,施行囊外摘除并一期后房型人工晶体植入。伤后至施行手术时间,最短为15天,最长为8年。随访时间3个月至1年。全部病例裸眼视力在0.5以上。本文还就外伤后手术时间和人工晶体屈光度的选择等进行了讨论。
During one year extracupsular cataract extractionwith primary posterior chamber intraocular lensimplantion were performed in 5 patients of variouskinds of traumatic cotaract. The interval from woundingto operating was 15 days to 8 years. Follow-up timewas 3 months to 1 year. Post-operative vision was over0.5 in all case. The choice of operation time afterwounding and diopter of IOL have been discused.
