摘要
目的 探讨光学相干断层成像 (opticalcoherencetomography ,OCT)在外伤性黄斑病变中的应用。方法 2 0 0 1年 8月～ 2 0 0 2年 8月临床诊断外伤性黄斑病变 16例 (16眼 ) ,双眼散瞳行OCT检查 ,对图像进行分析和测量。结果 全层黄斑孔 8眼 ,板层黄斑孔 1眼 ,黄斑前膜 1眼 ,黄斑区出血 3眼 ,黄斑水肿 3眼。结论 OCT在外伤性黄斑病变的诊断、鉴别诊断。
Objective To study the clinical application value of optical coherence tomography(OCT) in traumatic macular diseases.Methods 16 patients with clinical diagnosis of traumatic macular diseases were examined with OCT between august 2001 and august 2002.The OCT images were analyzed and measured.Results Full thickness macular hole 8 eyes;partial thickness macular hole 1 eyes;epimacular membrane 1 eye;macular hemorrhage 3 eyes;macular edema 3 eyes.Conclusion OCT plays an important role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of traumatic macular diseasses,and it is also helpful in estimating the progress of diseases and in studying the pathology of traumatic macular diseases.
