摘要
本文采用微分电位溶出法测定213例脑梗塞患者血清中Cu、Pb、Cd、Zn、Fe、Mn等微量元素的含量,并与69例正常人对照。结果表明,各患者组血清中Fe、Mn与正常组无明显差别,Pb、Cd含量均显著高于正常组(P<0.01);急性脑梗塞患者(5天内)组Cu/Zn比值明显高于对照组(P<0.01),但随时间延长Cu/Zn比值逐渐降低;恢复期(31~60天)及脑梗塞后遗症两组患者血清Cu低于对照组(P<0.05),Cu/Zn比值远低于对照组(P<0.01),用Feisher判别分析法比较Pb、Cd含量及Cu/Zn比值对疾病的作用,证明了Pb的贡献率为19.5%,Cd的贡献率为41.3%,Cu/Zn比值的贡献率为39.2%,诊断符合率为96.25%。
The concentration of the trace elements Cu,Pb,Cd,Zn,Fe,Mn in blood serum using differential potentiometric stripping to detect was presented.The nomal samples were 69,the patients with atherosclerosis cerebral infarction samples distinct differ from the nomal samples.the Pb,Cd in blood serum of paitent were higher than that of the nomal samples(P<0.01).The rate of Cu/Zn of patient with the acute cerebral infarction within 5 days is higher than that of the contrast samples(P<0.01) but reducing as the time is long.The Cu in sequelae of cerabral infarction is lower than that of the contrast samples(P<0.005).The ratio of Cu/Zn is far lower than that of the contrast samples analysised using Ferisher analytical the contribution rate of Pb is 19.5%,the contribution rate of Cu is 41.5%,the contribution rate of the tatio of Cu/Zn is 39.2%, The rate which according with diagnose is 96.5%.
