摘要
目的 :了解子宫切除对年轻患者性生活质量的影响 ,并观察心理护理对患者术后性生活质量的作用。方法 :选择因子宫良性病变而行子宫切除的年轻患者 15 6例 ,随机分为干预组 74例和非干预组 82例 ,采用问卷调查的方式对患者进行随访。结果 :干预组术后性生活质量高于非干预组 (P <0 0 5 )。结论
Objective:To understand effect on young patients' sexual life by hysterectomy and improving effect by psychological nursing.Method:Young patients with benign uterus disease who received hysterectomy had been divided into intervention group and non-intervention group,compare their sexual life quality through inquistive.Result:Intervention group show better in sexual life than non-intervention group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Psychological nursing can improve sexual life quality for hysterestomy patients.
